O R D E R

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.171 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Court, Palani and transfer the same to the Family Court at Madurai in Madurai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection for transferring the case to the Principal Sub Court, Madurai.

4. In view of the above, the learned Subordinate Judge, Palani is directed to transmit the entire records to the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Madurai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai, after obtaining the records on transfer, is directed to dispose of the matter on or before 30.04.2017.

5. In the result, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) No.1 of 2015 is closed.
