ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested and remanded on 29.08.2016, for offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 147, 148, 452, 307, 302, 506(ii) IPC in Cr.No.360 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the deceased was done to death owing to his having had illicit intimacy with wife of A1. As regards this petitioner, the prosecution allegation is that he supplied a knife used by A1 in the occurrence. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner stands wrongly implicated and his name has not been mentioned in FIR and he is custody from 29.08.2016. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has no previous case.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy, and on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
