For Respondent : Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To Enlarge the Petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in C.C No. 1482/2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No. IV in Crime No. 16/2013 on the file of the respondent Police'. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 408, 420, 120 (b) I.P.C., in connection with Non Bailable Warrant issued in C.C.No.1482 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the petitioner was absent on 29.01.2020, during the trial in C.C.No.1482 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on next hearing date and to file a recall warrant petition. On such petition being filed, the concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
