ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner is working as Grade II Police Constable. He is under suspension. He has given the petition mentioned representation seeking revocation. It is well settled that an order of suspension has to be periodically reviewed. The respondent is directed to review the petitioner's suspension and dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The manner of disposal is left to the discretion of the respondents.
3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
