ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) of IPC., in Crime No.263 of 2015, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant went to the house of the petitioner for electrician work, at that time, the petitioner abused the defacto complainant and also assaulted him with aruval, thereby the defacto complainant sustained injuries.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.
4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
