ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner has surrendered and he was remanded to judicial custody on 01.08.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148 and 302 IPC in Crime No. 76 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that totally there are 7 accused in this case and the petitioner is arrayed as A6 and the specific overt act attributed against this petitioner is that he has attacked the deceased with aruval on the head and hip.

3.Taking note of the specific overt act attributed against the petitioner and the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
