ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.3 to not to harass the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 21.02.2024.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the villagers against the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted by the respondent police and the same was closed. They have called the petitioner only for enquiry and not harassed the petitioner as alleged by him.
3.Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and the respondent police has called the petitioner only for enquiry and the same was closed, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, this petition stands closed.
