For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-For Anticipatory Bail in Crime NO.6 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrayed as A-1 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 448, 417, 376, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.6 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is arrayed as A-1 and this is a second bail application. The allegation against the petitioner is that, on a false promise he had sexual intercourse with the defacto complainant and now he deserted and refused to marry her. Hence, a complaint has been registered.

3. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side).

4. On perusal of statement given by the victim girl under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. and medical report reveals that the involvement of the petitioner and now, there is no change of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.8806 of 2020 circumstances and at this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
