The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.41 of 2015 on the file of the District Court, Pudukottai and transfer the same to the file of the District Court, Sivagangai and to try along with I.D.O.P.No.22 of 2015.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that in IDOP No.41 of 2015 ex-parte decree was passed on 06.01.2016 and there is no IDOP is pending before the District Court, Pudukottai and therefore, nothing survives in the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
