[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's minor daughter viz., Mahalakshmi, aged about 16 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenu appeared before this Court along with her mother, from the Public Prosecutor's Office through video conferencing. On enquiry, she has stated that the parents of the detenu are living together and now, she is willing to go with her mother.
