Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants road to be laid on the petition mentioned stretch of land. The photographs enclosed in the typed set of papers indicate the poor 2/4

state of affairs. However, the Writ Court cannot issue any positive direction because the issue has financial implication. The Block Development Officer (Village Panchayat) has informed the petitioner vide communication dated 17.01.2024 that proposal has been sent under the NABARD Scheme to the Executive Engineer and that once sanction is obtained, the next step will be taken. This Court can only express its hope that process will be expedited. It is not possible to issue any specific or positive direction. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
