This petition is filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.6 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.894 of 2022 before the Additional Mahila Court, 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. If the petitioners are having any grievance with regard 2/4

to the final report, it is open to the petitioners to pursue their remedy in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
