This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent dated 17.05.2016.

W.P.(MD) No.8253 of 2021 3.In the considered view of this Court, this writ petition is hit by laches. There is absolutely no explanation in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition as to why it took the petitioner five long years to approach this Court to challenge the order passed by the second respondent. That apart, even on merits, this Court does not find any illegality or irregularity in the order passed by the second respondent and the second respondent has rightly directed the parties to agitate their rights before the competent Civil Court. This Court does not find any ground to interfere with the order passed by the second respondent. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
