ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners, who were arrested on 15.07.2016 for the offences under Sections 452, 302, 506(ii) of I.P.C @ 120(B), 147, 148, 149, 109, 452, 302, 506(ii) of I.P.C in Cr.No.118 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioners along with other accused, murdered the deceased. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent persons and they never involved in the offence.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

5. It is seen that this is a third incident of murder in a series of retaliatory attack. Though the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the name of the petitioners does not find place in the F.I.R and they have been implicated only based on the confession of the co-accused, this Court is not inclined to accepts the said submission. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
