ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner was arrested on 19.04.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.98 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had transported ten gunny bags of river sand illegally. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is no previous case pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioner, I am of the view that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Srivaikundam and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
