Pleased to withdraw the HMOP No. 1175 of 2021 from the file of the Honourable Family Judge, Madurai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Thoothukudi for disposal of the same on merits in accordance with law.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.M.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner, While admitting the TR.CMP, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner / wife has filed this petition to transfer the HMOP.No.1175 of 2021 from the file of the Family Court, Madurai to the Family Court, Thoothukudi.
