This petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.450 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), on instructions, submitted that initially a case in Crime No.450/2015 was registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C. and thereafter, it was altered into one under Section 498(A) and 304(B) IPC and he has also submitted that the investigation in Crime No.450/2015 has been completed and chargesheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi on 18.03.2016 and the same has not been taken on file.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate to pass appropriate orders in the chargesheet in Crime No.450/2015 expeditiously.
