ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the conditions imposed by this court in the interim anticipatory bail order has not been complied with.

That apart, it is the case of the prosecution that the matter pertains to offence under TamilNadu protection of interest of Depositors Act apart from IPC offences and more than 100 depositors are said to have been chealed.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
