This petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to direct 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members including his unmarried three daughters by interfering in civil matters relating to the alleged to money transaction.

2. Mr.R.Veerapandian, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Kulasekarapattinam Police Station is present. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that on the complaint given by one Sivaselvarajan, a petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed.
