[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 that the property in question belongs to the Town Panchayat.

2. The aforesaid position is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a representation to the local authority and on his failure to take action, the petitioner is at liberty move this Court.
