ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The original document has been lost. In that event, the procedure set out in Rule 55A of the Registration Rules has to be followed. The impugned refusal check slip only calls upon the petitioner to adhere to the statutory procedure set out in the aforesaid Rule. Interference is not warranted.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
