O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to implement the order passed by Tahsildar, Radhapuram Taluk in his proceeding in A1/1016/2015 (signed on 12.06.2015) and pass appropriate order.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has obtained an order dated 12.06.2015 from the Tahsildar, Radhapuram Taluk to the effect that he will be entitled to draw water by laying underground pipeline in S.No.25 of Kasthurirengapuram Village, despite which, some local people are preventing the petitioner from enjoying the fruits of the order.

3. Mr.Shanmugavel, Sub-Inspector of Police, Tisyanvilai Police Station is present. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there is no petition or complaint given by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to R2 within two weeks from the

date of receipt of a copy of this order along with the order of the Tahsildar and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action taken in accordance with law for implementing the order of the Tahsildar.
