This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the said Ramakrishnan / 2nd respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that a case in Crime No.575 of 2017 under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has been initiated and the matter has been referred to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Trichy.
