20(b) (ii)(c) and 25 of NDPS Act in Crime No.1157 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it is the 5th bail petition and the earlier petitions filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court. He would further submit that the petitioner in judicial custody from 26.12.2022 and seeks bail.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the trial process is almost over and the case is posted for examination of expert on 26.03.2024.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public prosecutor, this Court is not inclined enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 25.03.2024 trp 2/4
