(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed to bring on record the cross objectors 8 to 10, as legal representatives of the deceased 3rd cross objector.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it had been stated that Senthilkumar/3rd cross objector died on 09.02.2023 leaving behind the cross objectors 8 to 10 as his legal representatives. They are already on record in A.S.(MD)No.147 of 2019, in which the cross objection has been filed.

3. In view of the fact that, they are necessary parties and have to be heard while hearing the Appeal Suit and Cross Objection, this petition stands allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of the Cross Objection by reflecting the death of the 3rd cross objector and bring on record his legal representatives as cross objectors 8 to 10.
