ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.5370 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.5370 of 2020 on 18.05.2020 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this Court in CRL OP(MD) No.5370 of 2020 on 18.05.2020 is relaxed.
