ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners, who were arrested on 07.09.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 304 IPC r/w Section 3 (2)(V) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act Amendment Act, 2015 in Cr.No.159 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that in drunken condition, the accused made quarrel and pushed down the deceased, due to which he sustained injuries and after discharging from hospital, he died. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners.

4. Heard learned Government Advocate, (Crl.Side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of 3rd Additional Sessions Court (PCR), Madurai, Madurai District and on condition that petitioners shall report before the respondent police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
