This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the father alleging that his daughter gone missing on 06.03.2025. Therefore, he has given a complaint to the 2nd respondent Police to trace his daughter.
2. The daughter of the petitioner had married one Sivasamy and got marriage registered at Sub Registrar Office, Usilampatty on 25.04.2025. Even prior to the registration of the marriage, it appears that the marriage was solemnized in a Temple and they are living as husband and wife.

3. The marriage registration certificate is produced by daughter of the petitioner. She is present along with her husband Sivasamy.
4. The petitioner was informed about their appearance before this Court through his counsel, accordingly, he has come from Kanavaipatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk and had a talk with his daughter and she informed him that she is happy with her husband and wanted to live with her husband.
5. Recording the above facts, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
