O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to proceed further in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed. No costs.
