The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by order, dated 23.09.2021, this Court allowed this Civil Revision Petition on payment of cost of Rs.3,000/-payable by the petitioner to the Legal Aid Services Committee, attached to this Bench on or before 25.10.2021. The said condition has been complied with and to prove the said fact, a cost memo has also been filed. The same is, hereby, recorded and no further order is necessary in this petition.
