ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 5 and 6 in Survey No.119/15, Aiyurulithachankanmai, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the subject land in question is a patta land.

3.In view of the abovesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved over the same, she can agitate the same before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
