This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the order passed by the learned Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Trichirappalli in Crl.M.P.No.2633 of 2022, dated 10.03.2022.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner for the last hearing as well as today's hearing.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that on basis of the order passed passed by the Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Trichirappalli in Crl.M.P.No.2633 of 2022, dated 10.03.2022 case has been registered in Crime No.271 of 2023 against four persons and hence, the matter has become infructuous.
