ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to recognize and approve the petitioner as life Member/Secretary of Sri Manthiramoorthi Higher Secondary School in the place of deceased Life Member/Secretary Late.Mr.Manthira Subramanian, based on the petitioner's application dated 24.09.2024.
2. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of, at the admission stage itself.
3. The petitioner is a Life Member and Secretary of Sri Manthiramoorthi Primary and Higher Secondary School, located in Tirunelveli and her tenure is set to expire on 20.09.2025. Seeking recognition and approval as the Life Member/Secretary of Sri Manthiramoorthi Higher Secondary School in place of the deceased Life Member/Secretary, Late Mr.Manthira Subramanian, the petitioner submitted an application dated 24.09.2024 to the respondent. However, no action has been taken so far. Hence, the present writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's application dated 24.09.2024, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the matter and that it is open to the respondent to consider the same on its own merits.
7. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
