ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Learned Counsel appearing on either side submitted that the Civil Revision Petition is filed against the Order passed by the trial Court in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in O.S.No.225 of 2016 was filed for marking of documents in I.A.No.1166 of 2016 which was filed for rejection of plaint, I.A.No.1166 of 2016 itself was dismissed by the Trial Court on 05.09.2023 and the suit in O.S.No.225 of 2016 was riped for trial. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the Petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
