RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 4633/2019 in Crl.M.P.No.1154/2019 in C.A.No.27/2019 dated 16.05.2019 that the Petitioner shall report before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.

To call for the records relating to the judgment in S.C.No.127/2015 dated 22.01.2019 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram and set aside the same and allow this Criminal Appeal.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4633 of 2019 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1154 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.27 of 2019, dated 16.05.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4633 of 2019 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1154 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.27 of 2019, dated 16.05.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.3089 of 2021 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4633 of 2019 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1154 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.27 of 2019, dated 16.05.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in three months i.e. on the first working day of every three month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
