ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested and remanded on 19.07.2016, for offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), and 302 IPC in Cr.No.76 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody from 19.07.2016. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner involves in two other cases one of which was registered for offence under Section 302 IPC.

4.Admitted prosecution case is that at the time of attack by the deceased on the relatives of the petitioner, the petitioner retaliated by hitting the deceased with an iron rod on the head. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
