Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GUNASEELAN MUTHIAH J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.195 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19203/2022, dated 06.02.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Police Station on Monday at 10.30 a.m in alternative weeks.
