To exempt the petitioners from surrender pursuant to the judgment dated 25.09.2025 passed by the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.A.No.133 of 2024, confirming the conviction and sentence of imprisonment imposed in STC No.227 of 2022, dated 05.06.2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, FTC at Magisterial Level, Madurai and enlarge the petitioners on bail.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
