2.The petitioner, who was arrested on 20.04.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 408, 465, 467, 468, 471, 477-A r/w 34, 120-B and 420 IPC, in Crime No.2 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

3.The case of the prosecution is that there was misappropriation in SP.SPL.86-Naloor Priamary Agricultural Cooperative Society, for a sum of Rs.81,56,900/-. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is still pending.

of the view that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Virudhunagar and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 16/05/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
