ORDER

This petition has been filed by the prosecution for cancellation of bail granted by this Court to the accused persons in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21054 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State has prayed to allow this petition. He further submitted that there are two previous cases are pending against the accused persons.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that in this case, already charge sheet has been filed and trial was also commenced by the trial Court. In the First Information Report, the petitioners name were not found and they were added as accused based only on the confession statement of co-accused persons and hence, there is no ground for cancellation of Bail. He regularly complied with the condition.

CRL MP(MD)No. 4644 of 2022 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that they were not convicted in any case before that.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
