DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN., J AND R.POORNIMA.,J The Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu by name, Manikandan, son of Chellapandi, aged 32 years before this Court and set him at liberty. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.When the mater is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3/State reported that son of the Petitioner was secured by the respondents/Police and remanded to judicial custody on 10.03.2025 before learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai in Crime No.69 of 2025 and presently he is under judicial custody. 2/4

4.In view of the above facts, nothing survives to be adjudicated further in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
