PRAYER: This petition is preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 19.05.2015, and proceed with the same as per law within the stipulated period filed by this Hon'ble Court. O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 19.05.2015, and to proceed further in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that on the complaint, dated 19.05.2015, lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

4. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent Police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
