ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded on 05.09.2016, for offence punishable under Section 379 IPC in Cr.No.273 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner snatched the thalichain of the defacto complainant.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per discharge summary, the petitioner was admitted in Theni Government Hopital on 05.09.2016 at 8.00 p.m by a police constable, whereas it is stated in FIR that the occurrence took place on 05.09.2016 at 8.10. p.m and the distance between the hospital and the place of occurrence is 5 kms.

4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has no previous case.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatti, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required.
