Considering the nature of prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.08.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
