ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner, who was arrested on 20.04.2018 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 408, 465, 467, 468, 471, 477(A) r/w 34, 120(b) and 420 IPC, in Crime No.2 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and others made forgery in granting loan in the society and misappropriated a sum of Rs.81,56,900/-.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is still pending.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the period of incarceration of the petitioner, I am of the view that the petitioner could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-2, Virudhunagar and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
