ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced copy of the memorandum dated 19.03.2024 issued by the second respondent. It is for the petitioner to work out her rights in terms thereof.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will submit an appropriate petition before the District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram. As and when, such a petition is received from the petitioner, the District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 3.With this direction to the District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram, this writ petition is disposed of.
