O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner in the pretext of interrogation except due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that, on the complaint given by one Jesudoss, against the petitioner herein, petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the respondent Police for enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, it is open to the respondent Police to register F.I.R., and this Order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is closed.
