2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to seek for appropriate relief before the DRAT, Chennai. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
