To Modify the condition allowing the petitioner to stay at Tirupur and report before the Palanjipalayam police Station instead of directing him to stay at Trichy and report before Cantontment Police Station imposed by an order passed by this Hon ble Court. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.JERIN MATHEW, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 01.06.2020.

2. Since the petitioner's name has been wrongly typed, this petition for amendment has been taken out. The petitioner also seeks modification of the condition. He wants to stay at Tirupur and report before Palanjipalayam police station.

3. I am of the view that there cannot be any objection for allowing of these criminal miscellaneous petitions. These petitions are allowed.
