O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate proceedings under Section 145 and 107 of Cr.P.C. against the respondents 3 to 8 and their henchmen.

2. Mr. B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Even though the writ of mandamus for such a relief is not maintainable, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that now the issue between the parties has been referred to Land Dispute Redressal Committee.

4. On the recommendation that was made by the second respondent herein, date of hearing is also fixed by the Land Dispute Redressal Committee, scheduled to be held on 30.03.2023. Let the petitioner appear before the concerned authority on that date and workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
